New York - Part III

Last installment of our NY photo diary.
Well, kind of.
I still want to show you some of the delicious food that was consumed there..

We spent the last day of 2011
wandering around the meatpacking district,
World Trade Center,
Brooklyn Bridge,
and the Upper East Side.
It was the perfect way to end last year.
Nothing too cray cray,
because we had to save our energy for the big NYE bash later on that night.

Even though our hotel was right in the middle of Times Square,
we opted to attend a private party at Cipriani 42nd street instead.
I say that "white glove" attire and an open bar,
beats out the manic crowds and the freezing weather around the ball drop any day.
The venue was fabulous...
as far as I remember, anyway.
I started the year off right -
by blacking out shortly after midnight.
Go big or go home,
right?!
