Prague - A Nightly Beauty

During our time in Berlin we managed to make it out for a pub crawl (which btw was awesome and lasted till 4 a.m., but that's a whole other story), where we met some interesting people from all over the world. Anyone we'd talk to that night seemed to have the same opinion of Prague.. it's gorgeous, truly, but it's even more incredible during the night. Not taking our new-found friends' advice for granted, we took a nap after exploring Prague by day, and ventured out into the starry night. Wow.. what a sight... Prague is truly magical, any time of the day.
P.S. If you're planning a trip to any of the major cities in Europe (Berlin, Prague, Madrid, etc.), and are looking to party, check out SANDEMANs NEW Europe tours. They offer awesome nightly get-togethers as well as free walking tours by day!

Prague - Highlights

What can I say.. the ancient capital of Charles IV's Bohemian Kingdom, Prague is one of the most gorgeous cities that I have ever had a pleasure of visiting. The dramatic history of Prague is reflected in the beauty of its buildings. Everywhere you turn is worth photographing. A fairy tale setting, perfect for a romantic getaway. Here are a few highlights from our short time there:

Seriously in love with this city...

Berlin - Yummies

One of my favorite parts about traveling, is indulging in all the ethnic food. I'd probably never be referred to as a "picky eater". In fact.. I'll most likely try anything once. This will be part one of the food porn trilogy. I want to share with you some of the deliciousness that was inhaled during our time in Berlin, and let me just say.. I think Anthony Bourdain would be proud. Buddy, this pork is for you!

Eisban! A Berlin specialty: huge pork foreshank steamed to perfection.

Wiener assortment... tee hee.

When in Berlin.. drink a Berliner Kindl!

Traditional German schnitzel.

Mmm.. beer.. lots and lots of beer!

Breakfast of champions!

Soo yummy. Baked cheese toast with sausage.

Gotta have some doner kabobs when in Europe! They're just too good to pass up.

All that walking required plenty of caffeine.

Pretty sure this is the biggest juicebox.. ever.
Sorry to all my veggie readers.. but when in Rome Berlin... Nom nom nom.

P.S. If you're planning a trip to Berlin and want to try some traditional German food, you must visit Restaurant Leibniz-Klause. So. Good!
