Just added one more spot to my list of places "I must come back to" whenever I'm working up north. Chapter One: The Modern Local, combines the excitement of downtown (Santa Ana) with the comfort of home. Their menu is eclectic and satisfying, and who can beat their happy hour which offers a mix of tapas for just $5 a pop?! Aw, and how cute is the little band? Warms my heart, while the selection of beers and wine warms my belly...
