Hi friends. You're going to have to excuse my absense lately. I've been on the road for work all week, and will continue to travel for the next month... That, coupled with the fact that I have personal travel plans for the next three weekends also, seriously diminishes my blogging opportunities... But I'm trying, and I'll make every effort to upload personal photos as soon as I get a chance.
One of the things that I'm REALLY looking forward to in the upcoming weeks is a girl trip to Chicago with three of my besties. That's right, in about eight days, my sistas from other misters and I, are going to take over Lollapalooza, and I seriously cannot wait!
We've been obsessively planning out all the shinanigans that are bound to ensue, but what's been at the forefront of my mind, is.... what the heck am I going to wear?! I have spent the last couple of days browsing fashion blogs, trying to seek out street style shots from last year's event, so I can compile an outfit in my head and throw it in my suitcase next Friday. Here are some of my current faves..
So far my observations have confirmed that sandals are out of the question. Apparently boots are the only appropriate form of footwear during festivals of this magnitude. Done and done.
Has anyone been to Lolla before? Any tips for how to make the best of our time there? The girls and I will be there all day on Saturday, and I absolutely can't wait to see Lykke Li, Pretty Lights, Cee Lo Green, Ellie Goulding, and many other amazing artists!!
Oh, and I think this is a preeeetty great idea for viewing the stage from above..
P.S. Don't forget to enter my Hawaii Giveaway!!!
